Meet Isaac Lippert

When I was 15 years old, I was 135 pounds, and I maxed out at 71mph with very little prospect of being able to play at a high level of baseball after high school.

I spent the next 3 years learning and training to become an elite level thrower. By the time I was 18, I was 180 pounds and I was consistently throwing 88-89mph.

This allowed me to play on a professional scout team, play 4 years of division 1 baseball, and eventually work with some of the best college baseball players in the country as a coach in the Cape Cod league.

These years devoted to my own performance and success were the inspiration for Lights Out Performance.

After spending years doing lessons, I identified several major flaws in the "Lesson Model". My remote first, fully inclusive training model has come from my experiences as an athlete and the trial and error of my coaching years.

My mission is to develop elite throwers and to give athletes the chance to play at the highest level they can.
